Dinner Downstairs

We were lucky enough to attend (and not have to speak) at a wine dinner with Pax Mahle / WindGap Wines at Comal.

The pairings were daring and wonderful thanks to Chef Matt Gandin who was at Delfina.  While I don’t remember the courses, I do remember the fried Grasshoppers. Delish!
