Mile End Dinner

Many years back, we held a dinner at Mile End in Brooklyn. It was a truly great dinner and wonderful evening. We are thrilled to be pairing up with Noah again.

  • Whipped Brandade– celery, plump raisin with 2012 Sluice Box, White Blend, El Dorado
  • Roasted Acorn Squash– tuscan kale, pear, chevre noir with 2012 Grenache Blanc, El Dorado
  • Foie Gras Torchon– honeycrisp apple, pickled mustard seed 2012 Grenache Blanc, Skin Fermented, El Dorado
  • Beet Cured Ocean Trout– pumpernickel, dill, horseradish<2012 Stone Crusher, Roussanne, El Dorado
  • Hudson Valley Duck Breast– farro, sunchoke, pastrami 2007, 2009 & 2010 The Recluse – Broken Leg Syrah
  • Doughnuts with Meyer Lemon Curd
