Wine Dinner at Cafe Boulud, Palm Beach

On April 16th,  I had the pleasure to host a dinner at Cafe Boulud in Palm Beach Florida.  The evening was a true treat.   Mariya Kovacheva, Chef Sommelier,  with the assistance of Cindy Woodman led the wonderful evening.

Rick Mace, Chef de Cuisine, and Eric Snow,  Chef Patissier,  created a wonderful meal that allowed the wine to sing.
