Our 2nd year making our Petillant Naturel but the first release beyond our tasting room. Made from organic Chardonnay grapes. We whole cluster pressed to tank and allowed the natural fermentation to go until ~2 brix when we bottled under crown cap, later disgorged and then again under crown cap.\r \r Please note the photo does not accurately portray the clarity of this wine. It was taken before we disgorged right after a flight to LA!
