The ranch affectionately called Helluva (because it is a helluva ranch!) is just northwest of Boonville. This is our fourth year making this light bodied and nervy Pinot. Pairs wells with blue cheese, potatoes and bacon, cupola cheese and pork tenderloin.

  • Blend: 100% Pinot Noir with 35% Whole Cluster
  • Maceration: 9 days in open top wood vat
  • Barrel aging: 8 months in 1-3 yr French Oak barrels, 2 months in French Oak tank
  • Bottled: Unfiltered on May 24, 2014
  • Production: 304 cases
  • Release date: Fall 2014
