SAFE SHIPPING TIP: Summer weather challenging for safely shipping natural wine. We strongly prefer a business address where an adult is available to sign on the first delivery attempt which avoids our unfiltered wines riding around on a hot truck all day.

Old vine Carignane is one of the many unsung grape heroes in our opinion. Ours is made from a pre-WWII planting at the Testa Vineyard and results in a wine that combines gorgeous bright red fruit land spicy notes and earth driven minerality. It is light on its feet but still offers plenty of texture and mouthfeel.

Bright red fruits, blackberries and dark plums mingles with blood sausage on the nose. A medium body boasting black olives, red fruit and minerality akin to concrete on a warm day after a brief rainstorm. With a lingering finish this wine pairs well with everything from pizza to skirt steak. The French sometimes call this “Boir Dur” and so do we.
