2019 Twinkle Mourvèdre

2019 Twinkle Mourvèdre

Our quintessential chillable red is a lighter than typical style of spicy character Mourvèdre grown in granite at 2600 feet.

El Dorado

We can’t get enough of our chillable reds! Twinkle made its debut in 2015, after a particularly light bodied Mourvèdre inspired its creation. 2019 is just as nervy and lively as the past three vintages. This wine has become a must-have by the pool and — as many of Tracey’s North Carolina friends like to say — the go-to “porch pounder”.

Tasting Note:

A pretty nose of crushed raspberry and strawberry laced with a light dusty fringe. This is a racy and light bodied red wine that leads with flavor profiles matching its aromatics: strawberries, raspberries, a touch of orange zest and pomegranate. Serve chilled, preferably on a porch on a warm Summer day.
