2019 Still Kraisey, Merlot

2019 Still Kraisey, Merlot

Yes, we are.... Still Kraisey!

Mendocino

Still Kraisey is still delicious! Made in clay again this year but in the biggest we have which means a whopping 70 cases this year. Direct press “White” Merlot from the organically farmed Testa Vineyard is sure to surprise and delight you and your family on the porch this summer.

Tasting Note:

The intriguingly soft, magenta color of this Merlot makes you want to jump right into this glass of wine! It explodes with lively aromatics and a flavor profile of crushed red berries, shown off well by the contrast of ruby red grapefruit. Choosing to ferment in Italian clay has done this beauty well, providing round texture and depth to show off the approachable acidity.
