SAFE SHIPPING TIP: Summer weather challenging for safely shipping natural wine. We strongly prefer a business address where an adult is available to sign on the first delivery attempt which avoids our unfiltered wines riding around on a hot truck all day.

Trust us. YOU WANT THIS WINE. We were one of the first wineries to dabble with making domestic Pet Nat wines way back in 2009. In 2011 Lily's Pet Nat was born. Here we have our non-vintage bottling of Sparkling wine made from classic Champagne grapes from 54-year-old Pinot Meunier vines in the Russian River AVA of Sonoma. The Pinot Meunier is aged in barrel until the following vintage when it is naturally inoculated with the new vintage of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

Tasting Note: On the nose, you’ll find toasty notes of fresh brioche and warm honey. You might be fooled for a second, but we assure you - it’s not Champagne. On the palate, think perfect Fall pears and tart yellow apples, perked up with some fresh lime zest. Brut Nat goes with everything and anything! But if it were up to us, we’d go with steaming bowls of miso soup and translucent slices of sashimi.
