If your order is shipping, it may be a few days before your wine ships* so please let us know immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org or 510-868-9174) if there are particular needs for timing the receipt of your wine.
If you selected Pick Up from the winery, we are open 7 days a week 10-5p. If you selected Local Delivery, we offer next day delivery Tuesday – Saturday. Our FedEx courier service will email to confirm your delivery date/time once it is scheduled.
If you were looking for a particular wine but unable to find it, we just might have a few bottles socked away in the library. Contact us and we will do our best to dig them up before processing your order!
* Wine is a challenging item to ship and we are very particular to ensure your wine arrives in sound condition. We don’t ship late in the week if it may sit in a hot warehouse over a weekend, weather holds are in place if temperatures are too hot or cold anywhere along the route from us to you. And we implore you to ship to a business address if at all possible where an adult is available (legally required) to sign for the shipment on the first delivery attempt, thus avoiding a joy ride on a too hot or cold truck all day.
